⚙️ Important System & Schedule Updates

We have been working hard behind the scenes to streamline our operations. Please note a few quick updates:

Extremely High Demand: We are currently processing over 140 loads of laundry a week for just two of our commercial clients! Because of this volume, our residential collection slots are filling up faster than ever. Please check our updated collection schedules on the portal and book early to avoid disappointment.
A Quieter Concierge Experience: We have upgraded our tracking system to be entirely "white-glove." Moving forward, we have turned off the transit notifications. You will now only receive the essential milestones (Booking, Invoice, and a brief follow-up), ensuring a seamless experience without buzzing your phone all day.
Payment Glitch Resolved: A recent bug in our system temporarily prevented a handful of online card payments from processing smoothly. This has now been fully resolved, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience it caused.
New Bank Details: We have used the Current Account Switch Service to upgrade our business banking, meaning any saved payees will automatically forward to us without disruption. However, you will notice new account details printed at the bottom of your future invoices, so please feel free to update your banking apps when you next pay a bill.
