Operating a premium concierge laundry service across the beautiful landscapes of South Wales means we are constantly reminded of the natural environment right on our doorstep. When I look at my son, I am reminded of the profound responsibility we all share to protect the longevity of this planet for the next generation.
True luxury shouldn't come at the expense of our environment. That is why Pressed & Fresh is engineered to be as uncompromising on sustainability as it is on quality. Here is a look behind the scenes at how we actively minimise our impact—and why using our service is actually far greener than doing your laundry at home.
💧 Intelligent Water & Green Energy
We utilise state-of-the-art commercial JLA machines that drastically reduce water consumption per garment compared to a home wash. Your garments are never mixed with another customer’s, ensuring pristine hygiene without the waste. Plus, our studio operates exclusively on a 100% green energy tariff.

✨ The Laurastar Standard
We use the world-renowned Laurastar ironing system, which utilises Dry Microfine Steam (DMS) to kill 99.9% of viruses and bacteria. It guarantees a clinically hygienic finish while using significantly less energy than traditional, high-heat industrial presses.

🌬️ Gentle, Low-Impact Drying
Whenever the Welsh weather permits, we embrace line drying in the fresh air. Otherwise, we rely on advanced, eco-friendly vented dryers operating on low heat. This gentle approach prevents heat damage, extending the lifespan of your clothes and keeping fast fashion out of landfills.

🌱 Plastic-Free Detergents
We strictly utilise sustainable, plastic-free detergents. These high-performance formulas deliver a flawless, premium clean but are completely biodegradable, ocean-safe, and free of the microplastics found in typical supermarket brands.

⚡ Hybrid Deliveries
Running a mobile concierge service means time on the road. All of our collections and deliveries across South Wales are carried out in our Eco Boost vehicle, utilising intelligent hybrid technology to ensure our journey leaves the lightest possible footprint.
