Pressed & Fresh didn’t start in a corporate boardroom; it was born from the most profound and personal chapter of my life: my journey into adoption.
When my little one finally arrived, my entire world shifted. I desperately wanted to be present for every milestone, every school run, and every bedtime story. But as a parent, I also carried another deep responsibility: I wanted to show my son by example that hard work, dedication, and helping others are the foundations of a meaningful life. I needed a way to build a future for him, without sacrificing my time with him.
I realised that across Newport, Cardiff, and South East Wales, so many other families were feeling that exact same pressure. Between work, chores, and endless to-do lists, parents were missing out on their own weekends. The laundry basket was always full, and the time was always too short.
I created Pressed & Fresh to solve that problem. By offering a premium, reliable ironing and laundry service, I am able to teach my son the value of building a business that genuinely helps people. Every basket we collect and every perfectly pressed shirt we deliver back to your doorstep is our way of giving you your time back, so you can spend it on what truly matters.
