Pressed & Fresh did not start in a corporate boardroom. Instead, it was born from the most meaningful chapter of my life: the journey into adoption with my husband, Nigel.
When our son arrived, my entire world shifted. Of course, I wanted to be present for every milestone; however, I also carried another deep responsibility. I wanted to show him, by example, that hard work, care and helping others can build the foundation of a meaningful life.
Before launching Pressed & Fresh, I built a career in senior leadership and high-end customer service. In addition, my time as cabin crew for Qantas taught me the careful standards that a true premium service should deliver.
As a result, I realised that families, professionals and busy households across Newport, Cardiff and South East Wales needed more than a basic laundry service. They needed reliable garment care delivered with warmth, consistency and real attention to detail.
