Not at all! We know you're busy. Many of our customers leave their laundry hampers in a safe designated space (like a porch, outbuilding, or with a trusted neighbour). Just let us know your preferences when booking, and we will safely collect and return your items to that spot.

We pride ourselves on swift, reliable turnarounds. All services are completed and returned within 5 working days, often within 48 to 72 hours. We will always aim to honour your required return time, and offer an express service for a nominal fee.

Never. We are a boutique service, not a bulk-commercial cleaner. Your garments are always washed and dried completely separately in their own dedicated machines.

We use premium, high-quality detergents and fabric softeners as standard to ensure a thorough clean. If you have sensitive skin, please let us know—we offer non-bio options. We also offer luxury scented shampoo upgrades for an incredibly fresh, long-lasting finish!

Yes! Our large-capacity machines are perfect for tackling bulky bed linens, sheets, and towels. Simply select the appropriate load size on our booking page. *(Please note: We currently do not process heavily soiled pet bedding to maintain our strict hygiene standards).*

We return your items exactly how you want them. Typically, shirts, dresses, and delicate items are professionally pressed and hung on hangers. Casual items, t-shirts, and linens are immaculately folded so they are ready to go straight into your drawer.

You can provide your own hangers if you prefer, and we will happily use them! If you don't have any, we will provide hangers for your garments to ensure they stay perfectly crisp during transit at a nominal cost of £0.25 per hanger.

We use high-end, commercial steam generators operating at 50-psi. This allows us to achieve a flawless, boutique-standard finish that standard domestic irons simply cannot match.

Our subscriptions are the ultimate time-saver! We set up a recurring weekly or fortnightly collection. You simply hand over your hamper on your designated day, and we return it fresh. It’s a "set and forget" system that guarantees you never have to worry about laundry day again.

We make payment incredibly easy and secure. We accept all major credit/debit cards via our online booking system. Simply choose your preferred payment method when booking and we will send payment details through before returning your items. Note that if booking a subscription package, payment will be arranged in advance.
